When you submit an inquiry we receive the name, work email, company, country or region, technical requirements and any product list you send. We use that information to answer the inquiry and to keep a record of the business discussion.
How this website stores information
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics, fonts or scripts. Your inquiry list and any tool inputs stay in your own browser (local storage) and are never transmitted to us unless you submit the form.
When you submit the form
The inquiry form posts to a small script on our own hosting, which emails the details to our business mailbox and stores a copy on the server. Hosting and email providers process the information necessary to provide those services.
Attachments and external communication
Do not submit passwords, access tokens or unnecessary personal information. WhatsApp and email links open services outside this website and their own privacy terms apply.
Retention and your requests
Inquiry information is kept as long as needed to answer the request and maintain the business record. To request access, correction or deletion, contact inquiry@optical-module-factory.com. We may need to verify the request before acting.
